Johor Darul Ta’zim FC to launch the $JDT Fan Token on July 5th on Socios.com

  • 50,000 $JDT Fan Tokens will be made available on the Socios.com fan engagement and rewards app through a Fan Token Offering (FTO®) that will kick off at 6pm local time (GMT+8)
  • The $JDT Fan Token will allow fans of the Southern Tigers around the world to connect and engage with the team in a more active way, participate in fan-related decisions through Fan Polls and earn exclusive rewards and once-in-a-life-time experiences. 
  • JDT is the first Malaysian team to launch its Fan Token, joining a roster that features some of the biggest football clubs in Europe and Latin America.

JUNE 22ND 2023. Johor Darul Ta’zim FC (JDT), nine-time consecutive Malaysian Super League Champions, will launch their official $JDT Fan Token on the Socios.com fan engagement and rewards app on July 5th.


50,000 $JDT Fan Tokens will be made available at 1$ via a Fan Token Offering (FTO®) that will kick off at 6pm local time (GMT+8), with purchases being capped at 100 JDT Fan Tokens during the first 24 hours to ensure as many JDT fans as possible can access this unique opportunity.  

The JDT Fan Token will provide a new platform for the Southern Tigers’ fans across the world to connect and engage with the team through the Socios.com app, allowing them to take part in fan-related decisions such as products and facility designs or in-stadium celebration songs by voting on polls, enjoy special content, promotions and discounts and access exclusive rewards, from match worn shirts to VIP tickets and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities such as meet and greets with players and legends.

Immediately after the FTO® kicks off, the first Fan Poll will be launched on Socios.com, where fans owning at least one (1) $JDT Fan Token will be able to vote. The subject of the poll will be revealed soon.  

One (1) $JDT Fan Token will be enough to vote on all the polls launched by JDT and to take part in Socios.com’s multiple JDT-themed features, but the more $JDT Fan Tokens owned, the higher the influence and the more chances to earn rewards.

The benefits of being a JDT Fan Token holder expand beyond the Socios.com app. Holding $JDT Fan Tokens will unlock special discounts and promotions across a wide range of businesses in Malaysia, including restaurants (KFC, Woodfire, Coppola), cinemas (GSC) and amusement parks (xPark).
